Who can see what

• Owner — everything, including plan and billing.
• HR admin — all HR work and company settings.
• HR — people, attendance, leave, documents and the helpdesk. No settings.
• Employee — their own profile, attendance, leave and requests.

Managers aren't a separate role. Anyone with people reporting to them sees My team: their team's attendance, leave calendar and the approvals inbox.

Private details (PAN, bank, address) are seen only by owners, HR admins, HR and the person themselves.
