HrmGro keeps your company’s HR records so your team can use them. We don’t sell data or show ads.

What we store: the people your company adds, their work details, attendance (including location when your company switches it on and the person allows it), leave, documents and HR requests.

Who can see it: only people in your company, by role. Private details such as PAN and bank are seen only by HR and the person. Confidential helpdesk requests are seen only by the owner and HR admins.

Aadhaar: we keep only the last 4 digits.

Deleting data: your company owner can ask us to delete the company and all its records through support.
