Policies people must read

Policies → New policy. Write it or attach a PDF. Tick People must confirm they've read it. Everyone is notified.

Open a policy to see who has and hasn't confirmed, and send a reminder to those who haven't. When you change a policy, it gets a new version and people confirm again.
